Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Delivery time

Standard shipping to US addresses takes 7–10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside our control.

Lost or stuck packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, email us at support@groundingroot.com and we will look into it immediately.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly.
