Refund policy

We stand behind the GroundingRoot Mat with a 60-day risk-free guarantee. If you don't notice a difference in how you feel, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we will refund you in full. No forms. No restocking fees. No back-and-forth.

How to start a return

Email us at support@groundingroot.com with your order number and a brief note. We will respond within one business day with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Condition of returned items

Items can be in any condition. We do not require original packaging, tags, or unopened products to honor the guarantee. We just ask that you send the mat back so we can recycle or refurbish it.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@groundingroot.com and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

European Union customers

If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have an additional 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order during which you can cancel for any reason. The 60-day guarantee continues to apply on top of this.

Exclusions

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
